Cookie Policy

How Carwash Blitz™ uses cookies and similar technologies.

Effective June 29, 2026 · Version 2026-06-29

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, and we also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and SDKs (together, “cookies”). They help the Service work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure performance, and support marketing. This Cookie Policy is part of our Privacy Policy.

2. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Service to function: sign-in and session management, security, fraud prevention, and remembering which location you are viewing. These cannot be switched off.
  • Functional — remember preferences such as display settings so the Service works the way you expect.
  • Analytics / performance — help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it (for example, which features are used and where errors occur).
  • Advertising / targeting — set by us or our advertising partners to measure our marketing and show relevant ads on other platforms. These may involve sharing limited information with those partners for targeted advertising.

3. Third-party cookies we rely on

Some cookies are set by third-party providers that help us operate and grow the Service. These providers set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

  • Supabase — authentication and session (strictly necessary).
  • Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention (strictly necessary for checkout).
  • PostHog — product analytics (analytics).
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement and targeting (advertising).

The specific providers may change as the Service evolves; this list reflects our current setup.

4. Your choices & how to control cookies

  • Browser controls — most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.
  • Targeted advertising / “Do Not Sell or Share” — depending on where you live (for example, under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may opt out of the use of cookies for targeted advertising or any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To exercise this, contact us at contact@carwashblitz.com.
  • Advertising opt-outs — you can manage many advertising cookies through industry tools such as your Meta ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.
  • EU/UK visitors — where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before they are set, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. When we do, we will update the version and effective date above.
